This kit allows you to make a red curry dish for 2 people. Red curry paste, dry spices and coconut milk are provided - just add your meat or fish and your vegetables! By mixing the curry paste with coconut milk, you will get a traditional Thai curry sauce. Add more coconut milk for a milder sauce and more curry paste for a spicier sauce.
