Product Details:

Matcha is a ground green tea used in the Japanese tea ceremony. It is also used for Japanese pastries, milkshakes, ice cream, puddings, and other Western desserts. A little water is poured at a temperature of about 85ºC. The mixture is then stirred rapidly with the bamboo brush called a chasen until a foamy consistency is achieved on the surface. It is usually taken without any addition, completely natural, although there are variants. One of them is the famous 'matcha latte', with milk. Traditionally, it is served with a sweet called wagashi.
