With a firm bite, enjoy great quality and slurping fun hot or cold noodles in soups or with a flavorful dipping sauce. Udon noodles are traditional Japanese noodles made from wheat flour. Once boiled, you can add it to stir-fry foods or serve in a soup stock with garnishes like freshly chopped scallions, grilled chicken, shrimp tempura, or fried tofu.

Preparation

Cook udon noodles similar to spaghetti. 1. Add udon noodles to a pot of boiling water, use about 1L per 100g of noodles. 2. Let cook for approximately 8-10 minutes or until soft. 3. Serve in a bowl of beef and vegetable noodle soup or add to a stir-fry to make yaki udon.
