Normally, after fermentation is complete, the sake is pressed and divided into clear sake and white sake lees by filtration. To make Nigori Sake, coarse filters are used to allow small sake lees to remain in the sake. Kizakura Nigori sake has a fresh, light flavor and a low alcohol content. It has a semi-sweet and bitter taste and should be easy for beginners and women to take.
